Reformivity General Terms of Service

Welcome to Reformivity (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These General Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.reformivity.com (the “Site”), and any coaching or related services (the “Services”) provided by Reformivity. By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Site and Services.

1.1. By using the Site or purchasing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective when posted on our Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the posting of any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

2.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our Site and Services.

3. Coaching Services

3.1. Nature of Services

Reformivity provides coaching and related guidance aimed at personal development, goal-setting, and accountability. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care. Any information or advice provided through our Services should not be interpreted as professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

3.2. Coach-Client Relationship

The Client acknowledges that the success of coaching depends on their commitment and willingness to take action.The Coach may recommend referrals to other coaches or alternative professional services (e.g., therapists, counsellors, or healthcare professionals) if deemed necessary.3.3. No Guarantees: While we strive to help you achieve your goals, we do not guarantee specific results from the use of our Services.


4. Booking and Payment via High Level

4.1. Online Booking

Coaching sessions, programmes, and other offerings are typically booked and paid for in advance through our designated platform, High Level

4.2. Pricing

All prices are listed on our Site or within High Level. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, we will honour the prices in effect at the time of your booking.

4.3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule outlined during the booking process on High Level. If payments are not received as agreed, we reserve the right to postpone or terminate Services.


5. Community and Marketing via High Level

5.1. Community Access

Where provided, you may be granted access to our online community hosted on High Level. This access is governed by these Terms, plus any additional community guidelines that may be posted.

5.2. Marketing Communications

By signing up for our Services, you agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from us via High Level, which you can opt out of at any time by following the instructions in the communication or contacting us directly.


6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. Cancellation Notice

All missed appointments may be charged at the usual fee unless at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. If two consecutive appointments are missed without notice, coaching may cease.

6.2. Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation by either party, refunds for unused sessions will be issued in accordance with any separate agreement or policy specific to your coaching package.

6.3. Holidays

Two weeks’ notice is expected for any holiday lasting one week or more. No payment is required during the Coach’s holidays, and a similar notice period is expected from the Client.


7. Late Arrival

7.1. Coaching sessions will begin at the agreed time. If the Client is late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled finish time.


8. Confidentiality

8.1. Client Information

We take confidentiality seriously. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law or if there is a concern of illegal activity or imminent harm.

8.2. Recording of Sessions

Coaching sessions may be recorded (audio or video) for quality assurance or accreditation purposes and will be securely stored. Recordings may only be reviewed by a trusted third-party accreditation body or the Coach for training and improvement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the Client.


9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Ownership

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Reformivity or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2. Use of Materials

You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires express written permission from us.


10. Third-Party Resources

10.1. No Endorsement

References to third-party services, applications, or platforms (beyond High Level) are provided as a convenience. Unless explicitly stated, Reformivity does not endorse, affiliate with, or guarantee such third parties.

10.2. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any financial costs, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of third-party services. Clients are encouraged to exercise their own discretion and due diligence when utilising such resources.


11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. No Warranties

Your use of the Site and Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11.2. No Liability

Under no circumstances shall Reformivity, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

11.3. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Coaching is not a replacement for medical, psychological, financial, or legal counsel. You should seek professional advice in these areas if needed.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reformivity, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site or Services, or your violation of these Terms.


13. Modification and Termination

13.1. Site and Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or Services at any time without notice.

13.2. Termination of Use

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services if we believe you have breached these Terms. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may also be grounds for termination and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
